Taking Care of Yourself While Social Distancing

How Are You Coping?

We’re naturally social creatures, so when we can’t socialize, the effects can be severe. Even for the introverts among us, social distancing for extended periods of time can be a challenge.

If you’re experiencing a heightened state of stress and anxiety, you’re not alone. Social distancing can make people feel isolated and lonely and can in turn, intensify our experience with stress further. The good news is that you can utilize tons of techniques to start feeling more comfortable as you adjust to your new normal.

As someone invested in the wellness of others, I believe it’s important to cultivate an understanding of the psychological impact of social distancing and isolation. I want to help, which is why I’m launching an email series called Taking Care of Yourself While Social Distancing. To take part, all you have to do is opt-in!
